Pigeon Point Lighthouse - Digital ArtWe flew in the Fall of 2007 to San Diego for the wedding of dear friends. After the wedding, we rented a car and over the next week traveled from San Diego to San Francisco. Visiting the Pigeon Point Lighthouse was one of the highlights of the trip. Near Santa Cruz, it is a stunning sight against the California Coast as you approach it. It is one of the tallest lighthouses in America and has been guiding mariners since 1872. The keepers quarters has been restored and is now utilized as a hostel. The clean lines and vintage buildings made this a natural for a transformation into digital art.
