Arte y Pico Award

The Arte y Pico Award
Susan Roper of Watercolors by Susan Roper has awarded this blog the Arte y Pico award. Thanks Susan! Arte y Pico is a blog from Uruguay created by Ana, who created this award. According to Susan's blog, Arte y Pico means the best art... over the top. I am honored to be a recipient. The rules state that it is now my honor to nominate five deserving blogs. They are as follows:
Gina is an outstanding watercolorist whose passion is animals, especially horses and dogs. Her work often features these as subjects in the most delightful ways. I hope you'll check out Gina's blog to see what she's up to.

Michelle's blog is filled with lovely watercolor flowers. She enjoys experimenting with technique and materials and shares it with her readers.
Karen Winter's The Creative Journey
Karen is a California artist whose mediums are oils and watercolor. There is no subject she will not tackle. Her work is always topnotch and her commentary interesting.
Cecelia Price's Art Activities
Cia is a watercolorist who specializes in florals. She loves to share her techniques and has DVDs available. She has several watercolor demos on YouTube.
Molly Young's Daily Painting
Molly is my favorite young painter. Please check out her daily painting blog. This young artist shows lots of promise and she is simply delightful!
Each nominating blog lists the name and a link to the blog nominated. Winners display the award and list a link to the blog that has presented the award. Each must show the link of “Arte y Pico” blog, so everyone will know the origin of this award. This is a fun way to spread the word about dedicated bloggers of great art!
